This separation helps the event team understand the service. A detection dog is not an instruction to transfer all entry decisions or general guarding to its handler. After a busy assignment, the organiser may need to review an observation or pass information to a colleague. Submitted incidents are emailed to client contacts, and the portal retains incident history and shared documents. You have a route to the record beyond the messages exchanged during the event itself.

Keep the assignment date and relevant area identifiable when discussing a report. A note about a setup compound should not be confused with an observation from the public operating period.
