Fast K9 Security LimitedAll Fast K9 Security Limited dog handlers hold NASDU Level 2 handler training.
Fast K9 Security Limited holds ISO 9001 certification, SafeContractor approval and Constructionline Gold membership. Public liability insurance is in place. Relevant security personnel hold valid SIA licences, our general-purpose security dog handlers hold NASDU Level 2 handler training, and drug detection assignments use trained specialist handlers.
These credentials sit alongside the practical service you receive: personnel carrying out defined duties, operations coordinating the assignment and reports that keep you informed. Our team can discuss the relevant supporting information with your procurement or facilities representative.
An event's public opening hours are only part of its security requirement. Equipment may arrive earlier, contractors can finish later and collection may not take place until the following day. We can organise canine guarding around the periods when designated premises and equipment need a physical patrol presence.
The handler patrols the arranged areas with the dog under control and reports relevant observations. Hourly photographs support guarding updates, while operations coordinates the assignment. Where access needs a fixed officer, we can provide one separately so the handler can continue moving through the patrol areas. Your quotation can identify setup cover and later protection independently, rather than assuming the same duties and hours apply to every stage.

Our trained detection handler directs a specialist dog for the search requirement you book. The team works with a nominated organiser or security representative, identifies the designated search areas and communicates relevant indications through that contact. Existing admission staff and managers continue the duties assigned to them.
This separation helps the event team understand the service. A detection dog is not an instruction to transfer all entry decisions or general guarding to its handler. If you need additional security officers or patrol cover, we can include those as distinct provisions. You can request a single specialist visit or a recurring arrangement for a venue's programme of events. The search period and cost are explained before booking, so the purchaser and the person managing the day work from the same proposal.
There can be a gap between the production team leaving and the night representative arriving. Another handover may happen when contractors return for collection. We help organise the booked hours around those transitions, with an understood contact for each stage. That keeps the canine assignment connected to the people actually responsible for the premises at the time.
Pass on expected vehicle arrivals and any change to the working entrance through operations. If a contractor is delayed, discuss the revised requirement so it can be confirmed rather than assuming the original booking has automatically extended. The aim is a practical schedule with identifiable responsibility at each handover, whether you are organising one event or buying specialist support for an ongoing venue contract.
After a busy assignment, the organiser may need to review an observation or pass information to a colleague. Submitted incidents are emailed to client contacts, and the portal retains incident history and shared documents. You have a route to the record beyond the messages exchanged during the event itself.
Keep the assignment date and relevant area identifiable when discussing a report. A note about a setup compound should not be confused with an observation from the public operating period. Our reporting process supports that distinction, while hourly patrol photographs provide context for general guarding. We describe these records as information about the work reported, not as a guarantee that every possible event across a venue was observed.
Start by separating the search requirement, the patrol periods and any fixed posts. The proposal can then show the people and hours attached to each job. That is more useful than a single headline price that leaves the team unclear about who covers an entrance after the search finishes.
We work with direct organisers, venues and other security companies. Your first enquiry can be short: location, service and dates are enough to begin. Our team helps organise access, the nominated contact and the working details afterwards. If the programme contains several events, we can discuss recurring specialist support while keeping individual dates and requirements clear.
We provide K9 security and drug detection in Wembley across HA0 and HA9, with wider-area assignments also available. These districts do not identify a particular event site or imply a relationship with any named venue. The actual premises address and booked duties define our assignment.
Selected planned, recurring security dog-handler assignments start from £16.50 + VAT per hour. This starting rate does not apply automatically to every booking. Your quotation identifies the service, hours, applicable rate and any additional charges.
Single shifts, temporary projects, urgent requirements, nights, weekends and bank holidays can all be quoted. Drug detection dog hire is priced separately for the search assignment. If you want guarding and detection together, we explain both elements in the proposal.
Call 0203 668 3654 or request a free quote. Tell us your location, the service you want and your preferred dates. You do not need to prepare a finished site plan, risk assessment or security specification before making contact.
We help organise the working details, explain the cover and provide a written quotation. Whether you are booking for your own business, a managed property or another security company, you have a direct route to the team arranging the service.
